Password not working

I have a family plan for the 360 and now have two additional units, both xbox one.

Yesterday no one played the master account on the family plan and this morning

when my kid went to play under that profile, it is asking for a password.

I gave it my live password and it still didn't like it. I even logged into live from my PC to make sure the account wasn't locked.

Needless to say I have dl the profile again, went through the security proofs again and even rebooted the unit again, and nothing....

How do I get rid of the password up logging into the profile on Xbox Live on the xbox one.

Password not working

My xbox live password is not working. i've tried everything. I've tried using different email accounts. i've tried changing my password. i HAVE changed my password and used that password. i can log into xbox.com but not into my profile to play my games.
Answers?

Are you able to change his wireless security to WPA2 instead of WEP and try a different password and see if the console then connects without saying the password is wrong?

A few months back Microsoft got rid of the xbox live family plan, and separated the accounts to new microsoft accounts. so now all of those accounts that were under the family plan now have their own accounts with their own email. make sure that you are
using the correct email for those other accounts as well. if you still have your 360 you can see what email was used, by looking on the dashboard of the xbox 360 console and having that account signed in, and up on the top right corner it will display the
GT achivements friends messages and it will show an email address used for that account, go ahead and try that email address on your xbox one, and see if it will take that password now, if not go to
Sign in to your Microsoft account and try reseting your password. and if all else fails, go ahead and call support at 1-800-4myxbox

I would suggest Resetting the Factory (Network) Settings.

Tap on the silver Guide button again, go two clicks to the right, choose Settings, System Settings, Network Settings, then

choose your connection (WIRED if Ethernet, otherwise the SSID of your WiFi connection), then Configure Network.

Copy down the settings for IP (auto/manual, IP address, subnet mask and gateway) as well as

DNS (auto/manual, primary DNS server, secondary DNS server), then go one click right to Additional settings.

If anything is _not_ blank or Not Set, make a note of those settings as well, then

go to the bottom and choose Restore to Factory Defaults and confirm.

Then power down the console, wait 8 secs or more, power back up and reconnect.

Clear your system cache, restart the Xbox and try again. If that still doesn't work, delete your profile (delete profile only), and re-download it. If you can sign in on the websites just fine it sounds like the Xbox just needs to be "refreshed"

Hey there, Pulsar 3. That would depend on the router. I believe the username you're looking for is admin and the password you need should be on the underside of you router.
