Password not accepted..need HELP

I have tried sevearl time to get in with no luck..got nowhere with support... so why can I get in here to discuss but cant log on the play. Disappointing and frustrated.

Question. As mentioned before I rejoined the Gold membership and could not log in especially after doing a major download update to CoD Modern Warfare. After days of frustration i cancelledmy renewal and received credit for it.

i understand the Gold membership is good for interplay with others but is the game playable not being a Gold member....cause I cannot log in.

I tried several times to contact support without and luck. There is no one To talk with that a simple response would have helped.

I change the password 3 times and still would no let me play the updated version of Modern Warfare. I was able to check my account and my email was correct the chage on my renewal was good but no playtime.

after two days of screwing around with it and with a lot of frustration, I said FI and cancelled my renewal and got a confirm of the cancellation

Disappointing... I know Microsoft doesn’t give a damn but their service with a smile has a bad rateing.

Can you tell me if its asking for login varification after the password change? You can check if the login was blocked here Account activity
