The best fix for this is to go back to the website and change it again. Sometimes the change does not take so needs to be redone. Note when you do change the password on the website, make sure to sign in on the website with your new password. This way you
make sure it has changed. Then on your console you can
remove and reinstall the profile. Once you reinstall the profile you will use your new password.

Are you logging in on a Xbox One or Xbox 360?

On the Xbox One, you simply use your new password.

On the Xbox 360, make sure that you have enabled Two Step Verification and set up the Authenticator App on your phone (which you should also do when you have a Xbox One).

Then for the 360 to work with the added account security, you need to create a so called "App password" on the account security page here:

https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage.

Then use that App password instead of your regular password on the Xbox 360.

If you still have issues, please describe in more detail what error messages you get.

Thanks dude but I tried it and you just keep waiting in a queue and nothing happens... so I tried the community cuz maybe one of ya’ll had this too..
