    Hey i have a problem i did a account for have a parent in my fily xbox you know you need one parent when you are a minor the problem is that i can t buy anything because it is saying that i need to change preferences in the family right but for that i need
    the parent account but i lost my password of the xbox account and the e mail for sure i did it after september 2015 and before december 2017 for sure because i had my xbox in september of the year 2015 so i can t buy and i can t change the preferences please
    help me to find somethinga solution
