Age of empire 3 ESO account problem

Hello.

I contact you cause i have a problem playing Age of empire 3. I used to play Age of empire 3 10 years ago. I had a ESO account and i was playing with friends.

The problem is, i wanted to play again, but i just notified my password of my ESO account changed. Same for my security question, when i tryed to have my password back. And when i try to enter a password, it just says my account is disabled.

So i guess someone hacked it hm.. So i just tried to create another account but i can only create one ESO account for each Age of empire CD key.

So well, i don't really know what to do, and ppl said i can have an answer here !

 

help finding a game

anno and age of empires 2 are the closest i've seen so far, is age of empires 3-4 basically the same as 2 or no?

 

To provide you with the best direction I want to ask is this and issue logging into XBox Live to make use of online features, or your password that you setup to access AoE 3 servers?

If this is a game specific password you would want to reach out to that developer's customer support for assistance as I believe MS won't be able to reset it since they don't have access to that info.
