Please help me because I did not remember the password to family settings for Xbox 360.

My dad activated family control on my brother's Xbox 360. My dad does not remember the password and the answer to the question they ask. Someone to help me?

My account wont let me sign in on xbox what do i do

Have you double checked the email is spelt correctly. and that there no errors in the passord on trying to sign in ?

Hi there,

in order to reset a family passcode you will need to contact Xbox Support, They will need the serial ID of the console and will do something on their end, after which they will guide you through the steps to reset it on your end.

You would need to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and they would be able to give you a series of button pushes to put in on your controller on the system info screen that will reset your console including the family passcode

Yep...if you can't remember the password you will have to call support for the account verification process.
