Passkey?

Im trying to purchase something on the xbox store and it is asking for my "Passkey", I don't remember setting up a passkey, being given one, or using one for any other purchase I have made over the last several years. How do I find it?

Xbox One Child Account Is Always Requiring Password

I have two child accounts, under me, on our Xbox One. I want the two child accounts to not require a password to sign in, and I have "Save Password" set that in the settings, but it is still always requiring one. If I turn on Kinect sign-in, they get signed
in automatically without a prompt. If I turn off Kinect sign-in, a password is always required when signing in with the controller regardless of what I set in the options to save it. I haven't set any passkeys other than the one that it required me to set
to let my children play stuff above their settings.

I don't want them using the Kinect sign-in because I have parental restrictions on their account and it limits mine when they are signed in at the same time. Another reason is Kinect is continually confused between them since they look so much alike (I
know it is not Kinect's fault my kids look so similar). So far the only option I seem to have is un-restrict everything on their accounts, that isn't restricted on mine, and enable Kinect sign-in.

Am I just overlooking something. Maybe using 2-factor authentication on their accounts will work? I'm just tired of having to manually sign them in each time they want to play a game.

@Mister Cerb - You understand correctly to a point. The only issue that remains with NAT is after I run the "Test Multiplayer Connection", after the test I hit the bumpers and triggers for the details. In the details, it shows NAT as " "your network is
behind a cone NAT". Have no idea what that is and its not necessarily a bad thing as I can chat and get into games with no issues.

Occasionally, I notice slower speeds and test the signal strength which is low. When that happens, I run hard wire to eliminate any possible interence. I've run through the provided link numerous times to no avail. The bigger issue is that the One is
assigning a new IP when I run wired. When that happens, the router won't save the static ip with port forwards because they already exist for the wireless IP. I try to enter manually so that wired and wireless use same IP to no avail. Upon saving, the IP
will change. Also as stated in another post, the One will not accept a primary DNS, I put it in, save and One sets it back at 0.0.0.0. Again, doesn't seem to be an issue since I can party chat and get into games.

Earlier today, I did attempt to separate the 2.4 GHz and the 5GHz by assigning different SSID and passkeys to each but that threw everything out of whack. One wouldn't recognize either when scanned, when I input manually, the NAT went back to strict so
I erased the networks, reboot, scanned again and eventually input the network manually again with no success so I put SSID's and passkeys back and all operated.
