    My son accidentally locked the passkey on his account for xbox one s. How do you fix it? We do not have the Internet in my area so we are not able to “authorize” by putting in the password. We have been able to play off-line against bots for a couple weeks
    but now hes not able to sign into his account. Before creating his account we were able to sign in a guest (1) to play local multiplayer. Now we cant even do that. Im so sick of xbox being geared towards everything online. We couldnt play COD MW for 2 months
    bc of all the updates that needed to be done just to play a game we payed $60+ for. That was his main bday present so u can imagine how hurt and pissed off i was. I had to take my xbox to a relatives and leave it for 3 days so it could first update my console
    and then the game. Ive been an abid xboxer from day one but now i believe i may have to follow the rest of my friends and family and trash the xbox and buy a playstation console. I was on the phone with xbox support for 2 hrs with no resolution.

    No, currently the
    personal passkey     only protects the profile alone. There is no passkey feature that locks out the entire console.

    you need to login to the account that put the parental lock on it then go into setting look for a passkey or parental lock to remove it.
