Passkey for Purchases Only

Unfortunately there isn't. at least no that I know of.

You can create accounts for each of your children and you will have full control over content that they can consume on the console. You can also put time limits and content restrictions to whatever level you feel is appropriate for your children. They will
also be able to play any games that you have purchased so long as the console is set as your Home console. You can also restrict things like how public their profiles are, whether they can accept friend requests etc etc.

When your children reach 18, they can then promote their accounts to their own adult accounts and will take all of their achievements and game saves with them.

Unfortunately biometrical data is not enough, you will need to type in the passkey to sign in.

If you're about family members making unauthorized purchases I would recommend removing the sign in passkey and making a passkey only for making purchases.

Following steps should help

How to create your passkey

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Account.
3. Select Sign-in, security & passkey.
4. Select Create my passkey.
5. Enter a 6-digit passkey, and then re-enter the passkey to confirm.
