Apologies, but the only way to reset the passcode is if you know the answer to the security question it asks you or by contacting Xbox Phone Support here:

Yes, it's a security measure so that tech-savvy kids can't simply factory reset the Xbox 360 and then add their account back and enjoy passcode free not age restricted shenanigans. It can cause a few speedbumps for parents that might have forgotten
the passcode or children that have grown and want to remember some of the games of their youth, but I'm with them to be better safe than sorry, especially knowing that even though I'm in IT and know a lot about computers that my kids will become smarter, faster,
and craftier than me.

Yeah, exactly. As mentioned I had that happen with a used console I purchased but Microsoft support was great with getting me the console reset after I had it added to my devices profile. But yeah, it was not something I would have been able to do without
support.

Xbox 360 parental control pass code? If you are referring to the parental pass code for the Xbox 360, you need to make sure that you are on the system info section of the console before you enter it in. If the console takes you back to the previous screen,
just enter the system info section again and enter the code. You just need to keep trying until you get the message to remove the pass code. Be sure to let us know the results!
