    Passcode problem


    Hi my neighbor gave my family their old xbox 360 orginal and there is a parental passcode on it. We cannot play hardly any games and my kids cant even watch disney movies without beint asked the password. Problem is my neighbor does not know the code because
    an ex of hers set it up and doesnt know the secret question. Does anyone know how to reset this code? Help would be greatly appreciated and make 4 people very happy!

    I forgot my passcode,and I don't wana reset my whole xbox because I have an xbox live account is there anyway y'all can change it or just remove the password?

    Hey guys! Recovering a profile will no longer remove the passcode, but simply bypass it at the time. If you no longer remember the passcode, you'd have to contact phone support (support.xbox.com/contact-us)
    to reset it. Let me know how it goes, thanks!

    Hey guys! Recovering a profile will no longer remove the passcode, but simply bypass it at the time. If you no longer remember the passcode, you'd have to contact phone support (support.xbox.com/contact-us)

    The only way around forgetting your passcode is to recover the account back on the the console I'm afraid, it'd involve deleting the PROFILE ONLY that you have forgotten the passcode for and the putting in the details again in the account recovery tool.
