Pass code won't work

I can't use my pass code to get into my x-box live account on my console. The code will work for everything on the console, such as family settings but won't let me into my account. I have tried resetting the pass code but same thing keeps happening. Just
spent two hours on the phone with support and there isn't anything they can do. Anybody have any ideas or is anybody else having this problem?

Codes won't work

I got codes for all Gears of Wars games, but I can't get the games.

Everytime i write the codes, any of them, it shows a window saying somthing wen't wrong, and a error code.

What can I do?

Code won't work

Same issue here but I get 2 error codes the one you mention and another 8083201c typed both codes in to see what there for and yet again I get same answer they don't know.

Personally I don't see the point of them telling us to type in the code when they don't even know what its for

For real. Idk why they gave me an error code to look up. I looked it and it apparently doesn't exist.

Sorry to hear it. If phone support cannot assist you then I'm afraid that no one else will be able to help. Phone support is the only place to get info on how to reset the codes.

if it was the one for everything else recovering the account would fix that but only support can help reset or remove the family pass code sorry.

Those codes are only for new subscribers so since you've had Game Pass in the past, it won't work. Give it to a friend.

I'm having the same problem. The season pass card keeps giving me the 'something went wrong' error and it won't work. I've tried to redeem it on xbox.com and on my system with the QR and typing in the code. Nothing works. It won't let me redeem my season
pass that came with the gold edition, yet.

Since it came with a game it would be a trial. If you've had Game Pass before you won't be able to use the code since those are only for new subscribers.

From my past experience most codes like this are for your first time subscription if you have already been a member of the game pass in the past this code won't work for your account
