partychat privacy prevents me from chatting since yesterday without any changes from me. help?!

Yesterday night i was in partychat and everything worked normal.

Now i still can join a party but it says : (your privacy settings prevent chat with some people).

What i have done to try and fix this problem: 1- restart console and also give it a reset.

2-gone to privacy settings/ adult default is on/ if i costomize it says (others can communicate with voice and text- stands on everybody )

Yesterday night someone gave me up for a report that i called him a ***, that was indeed true but he was askin for it. it was once and not that bad in my opinion

Then ik got a mail from xbox saying : notice of enforcement action: for more information check the email associcated with your xbox live account or vissit enforcement.xbox.com.

Whenever I am in a party with friends it always says privacy settings prevent you from chatting with these people. Yet my settings are all changed to everybody

 

Comm. ban

it's been two days since I was unbanned from communications but now that it's up, it's still telling me that my privacy settings are blocking me from chatting and sending messages. I've looked at my setting and this is untrue. I'm paying for this service
and I can't do anything still.

 

Btw my superstar says i am a good player
