    Would you please provide us with further information regarding this issue.

    • What device are you using? Is it an Xbox console or a Windows 10 computer?
    • Are you facing this issue only in one game or all of your games?
    This clarification would aid in allowing us to provide the proper troubleshooting for this situation.

    Here is a trouble guide for connecting to the party.

    Usually has to do with NAT problems, but other items have been known to happen.

    You could try restarting your network equipment also to see if that fixes the problem.

    I was having the same problem. My voice was being picked up in party chat but not in in-game chat.

    I done the hard reset and now I can chat in both party and just in-game.
