    Party/Sync Issue


    I am having trouble connecting to a party and syncing to games online. All Xbox LIVE systems are normal. I try to play R6 Siege (and other games but I come back to this one to see if the problem is resolved). Along with this problem, I try to join a party
    but it gives me an error code 0x800c0005 and doesn't let me accept or create a party. Another odd occurrence is my "Community" tab will not load, it just shows the circular loading "bar".

    I have tried many solutions.

    1) Hard reset, holding power button

    2) delete local saves

    3) reset router

    4) Delete profile and redownload

    5) cry while letting my squad down

    6) All this at once

    I do know it is not due to my router/internet provider since I haven't had this problem before.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    When I got my new laptop all of my MS Games synced with no problem, except Jigsaw synced my name and gold fine, but I lost all of my completed and partial collections from the last two years, as well as all of my achievements. Not going to do them again,
    so I was just wondering how I might be able to get them back.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for posting! This error normally occurs due to a network issue, but let's try a Factory Restore on your Xbox
    One console
    to see if that helps out. Be sure to select 'Reset and keep my games & apps'.

    If the issue persists, could you post back the following information so we can try to narrow it down?

    Looking for Group Post "Sorry try again".

    There is sometimes an issue with the windows app and the console app not syncing correctly. A similar thing happens with the join party chat on the desktop app and console. i.e. if you join from pc it doesn't work from console.

    Thanks for your answer, I will try to force sync the way you suggest but I also own a 360 and I use cloud storage. Never had any problems with its saves when switching from the actual console to the xbox one's 360 "emulator". I really think there's something
    wrong with the xbox one's sync.

    When I have tried doing that, between Xbox and pc it has been almost instant. It could be that the sync service is slow.

    It could be worth trying to quit the game on the other Xbox to see if it forces the sync before firing up the second Xbox. On the dash highlight the current game, click the menu button (3 lines) and choose quit. Might be worth trying.
