Party says connecting every couple minutes

Everytime I go on I join a party with my friends and every couple minutes or so itll show to my friends that im connecting and everything in the game will freeze because it thinks i lost connection when i am fully connected with no problem. I have tried
hard resetting my xbox refreshing nat type all kinds of things and nothing worked

Disconnection

Ok so, I've been experiencing a problem on an Xbox One Console where everytime I play and join a party it lags up and disconnects me from Xbox Live every 1.5 minutes. Don't get me wrong but my wifi is fine, full bars and everything, but everytime I get on
Xbox, Xbox disconnects me and everytime I join a friend's party it lags up and says Connecting for a minute. After it says connecting majority of the time it disconnects me and when the xbox wifi is back on it says, "Party Chat Blocked." So, I really don't
know what to do next, honestly.

default xbox one mic does not work.

1 min it worked i was in a party next minute it lags and says connecting lagged me out i rejoin and my microphone isnt working. i can hear and mute my mice adjust the volume party chat says mic is plugged in but it stopped detecting my voice. so broken.
i want a ps4

Hello Magic, have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

See which version of Windows 10 you have

Updates are often seen as optional.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

After this, try to verify that your USB and Bluetooth drivers are up to date correctly.

Also try to perform this reversal on the control firmware.

Another thing I forgot to add is that I am on windows 11.

After a couple minutes of perfect connection it all of a sudden cuts out forcing me to have to kick friends out of party then re invite to reestablish being able to talk. Please fix, this is very frustrating. Party chat should never cut out or quit working
