    Party Mute Bug


    So I accidentally muted my friend the other day, and apparently nothing happened so I wasn’t worried about it. Now I get on today, he’s permanently muted and I can’t unmute him no matter how hard I try. This is also happening vice versa with some other friends
    and I just want to know if this is a bug, or glitch, or what. Hopefully someone’s fixing this situation because this is seriously aggravating.

    Mute bug party chat

    Hello, when I joined my friend's party we found that each other was muted with out reason. So when we go to unmute each other it won't let us, it's like it doesn't register. So I'm paying here in hope for a solution to be found. We hard reset our Xboxs,
    went to profile and un muted. The only way I can speak to him is if I sign into another profile and join the party. Please let me know if a solution is found, or if I missed something.

    It's not something you did. There is an issue at the moment affecting Party functionality and muting.

    If You Have A Xbox Insider Build This Can Cause Bugs Throughout The Console. Also Check If There Has Been A Party Chat Ban Or If The Microphone Has Been Muted In Party. Hope This Helped You! :)

    xbl is very anti social.. there needs to be a forced game chat

    I only use game chat anymore. Its annoying when people hole up in their party's and can't play objectively. I find I mute more people in party's then in game chat. I think party chat should be disabled in game.

    The biggest problem has always been muting people in a timely manner, you know figuring out who is actually bugging you in chat and muting them before you lose the match while navigating through recent players.
