    Many people that are in a party with me can hear literally every bit of audio that I can hear including themselves. I use headphones and i've tried every readily available option (or at least as far as im aware) to remove this issue but it still persists.

    Check your volume/audio settings if they are at max turn then all down 1 notch. turn mic monitoring to lowest. i sometimes find that you can run into some party problems when batteries are running low on power and some plug and play kits seem to cause
    some problems while using some headsets. just a couple of things to think about.

    I am assuming that you have both game and party chat Coming through the headset and not TV speakers. Some mics even on a boom are extremely sensitive and will pick up even sound from the headset. If your mic is flexible, try to bend it further away from
    the ear pieces.
