Party Issues and Online In General

Hello! Got my Xbox One the day it came and it's been great. However, the past 2 months I have had a lot of issues with the party app. I'll be in a party with my friends and I either get disconnected from the chat, or just can't hear anyone..It's has got
progressively worse since it started, and now happens every single day in the morning and night (not so much in the afternoon). I also have been randomly disconnected from xbox live lately, but mainly it's the frustrating Party Issues that have been so awful.

I thought it might be my router, so I checked out it's settings. The Upnp setting is on but the problem still persists. I then called my Internet service provider, but they say that my internet speed and router check out fine...so I really don't know what
it could be. Nothing in my house has really changed, so I don't know how it could be struggling with any other devices for the connection. Uhgggg this really sucks.

general issues

I am part of the preview program/insider hub, whatever its called now and my xbox is turning on but wont load anything. it worked fine last night, then i traveled to spend the weekend with my father and upon plugging it in and turning it one it wont work.
the console loads up just fine but then if i try to connect it to the internet or load a game it takes a long time then tells me it didnt work and to reset the console and then it just freezes.

Good job clearing your alternate mac address can some restart the whole console and get small glitches fixed like that. If later on you have a similar problem and are not able to get it working like that. Try going into your settings under all settings then
system and console info and updates then hit reset console keep my games and apps. Just make sure that you know your Microsoft account email and password and your WiFi password.

It could be more than a UPnP issue. It could possibly be a NAT issue in which case you may want to have a look at this article to see if helps to resolve your issue -

I have tried these now and turned off firewall. It still happens anyway . I was just in a party with friends and just can not connect to them. It's given me the 0x807d0106 error npw as well

 

I just posted this in another thread also but I've been having the same issue as you for the last month. A few of my friends are also having the same issue. I've worked with Microsoft support and provided the stats I get and was informed I shouldn't be having
any issues. I'm hoping Microsoft is aware and is working on a patch to fix this issue. I'm as frustrated as you especially with Destiny coming around the corner. It seems like more and more people are starting to complain so I hope Microsoft gets this fixed.
I haven't really complained until this last week because trying multiple times usually works for certain apps but Party Chat seems like it never wants to work
