Party is blocked

Discus and support Party is blocked in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; If someone is saying that the party is blocked, I always get them to check the NAT type, and if it isn't open then that will be the problem. But... Discussion in 'XBoX on Consoles' started by stethepea16, Jul 9, 2017.

    If someone is saying that the party is blocked, I always get them to check the NAT type, and if it isn't open then that will be the problem.

    But someone I just helped said it was open, so I got him to do the steps below anyhow just in case.

    On the Xbox One go to Settings > Network > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address then Clear it, once the Xbox restarts it should work!

    Hey there GamerGuy2482,

    Do you have any active enforcement actions on the account by chance? You can take a look at
    enforcement.xbox.com that could also explain this error.

    My party is blocked!!!

    My party said I should go to privacy settings and I did that then I checked if I was on the Adult settings. I was,and is STILL messed up!! What do I do??

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue communicating with friends. Are you able to send messages? You may have an enforcement action not allowing you to chat. You can check on the
    enforcement website. On the website make sure you are signed in, far left box should show if you have one.
