Party Invites not receiving or sending.

I am sending out party invites and nobody seems to be receiving them. I am getting messages saying they are waiting for invites and I'm telling them that I sent many. I have a good upload and download speed and have an open NAT type so it has to be something
wrong on your guys' end.

Xbox is up and running except for friends lists and sending or receiving messages/party invites/ friend requests/private chat invites so on and so on.

Can talk/text friends...Can't accept invites and invites aren't received

Trying to join a friend's party. He is sending invites and I'm not receiving them. I sent him multiple invites and he did not receive them.

The NAT is open.

This issue should be cleared up for you now. If you're still not able to receive invites or notifications, power cycle your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it powers off. If that power cycle doesn't help please let us know so
that we can best help out.

Same exact issue, receive party invite, hit accept, snaps party and nothing happens. All that is shown is "Invite friends" and "Learn more". Send party invite, same thing happens, they accept and nothing happens.
