Party error code can't fix

    Everytime I join a party I get an error code [0x80190199] I've looked it up there is no results AT ALL I've restarted my router, and my xbox. I'm done with this Crap.

    How do you fix error code 0x89234013?

    I've already watched that video and it shows how to fix it on an Xbox one console. I'm getting this error on a computer through the Xbox app while trying to join a friend's party or they join mine. I can talk and it shows I am talking while I'm in a party by myself, but if anyone else is in the party I get the error code.

    problems using party chat

    Same issue as PrinceOfPuppies. Also, when trying to drop / rejoin the party, sometimes get a real nasty looking error. "Can't join party chat, error code <long string of numbers>". Only a full reboot will fix this issue. Will make note of the error code
    next time it pops up.
