Party encountered an error

Hi, I can't seem to create or join a party. It gives me the same message over and over again. I don't use my home Wifi (it sucks) so I use my hotspot, which works just fine, except the party. I tried the power cycle thing, doesnt work, switched my DNS settings to automatic, everything is automatic. Checked my privacy settings and everything looked okay. I don't know what else to do

It seems like the best course of action for you is to do a power cycle on your console. Is your network NAT type open or strict?

Please check your NAT Type, you want it to be Open if you want to join parties with no issues.

Try performing a hard reset. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
