    I tried testing connection/multiplayer and it was fine. Tried testing my NAT type and it is open. Tried a hard reset and still came back with the error. I don’t know what else I can do

    Hi David,

    It seems like the best course of action for you is to do a power cycle on your console. Is your network NAT type open or strict?

    Try performing a hard reset. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
