Party doesn't work after my game crashed

Ok the problem started when I was playing 7 days to die with a friend. The game crashed and my headset was bombarded with zombie sounds as I got killed before the game crashed. I leave the party and game to kill the sound so I don't have my ears bleed over zombie sounds. I try to get on to the party again and no one can hear me, and I can still hear them I get a new controller and headset to see if that's the problem. Nope. It's been going on for two weeks now what am I supposed to do I've went onto very similar threads or problems to find solutions and I can't find any I haven't used yet. Like restarting my console and messing with my privacy settings, using new devices and rebooting my internet none of it works.

Why did this happen and why does nothing work? Does it have to do with the update? Idk I need help

Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

If the problems persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

My party worked for about 10 Minutes after doing a HARD reset and after that it crashes again!

So i just updated my computer and it seemed to work, but after a bit it still crashed the game. I'm having problems in the hornsworth hq building and the airport I believe. Other than those it doesn't crash

After testing further, the Xbox Game Bar is still crashing after trying to Join or Invite others to a party.
