Party disconnecting

Discus and support Party disconnecting in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My party chat keeps disconnecting. I have done everything through an online chat and it still persists.     Party disconnecting


    My party chat keeps disconnecting. I have done everything through an online chat and it still persists. So far I have tried

    • Clearing alternate MAC address
    • Hard restarting console
    • Restoring console to factory
    • Changing Internet cables and ports
    • Deleting unused apps and games
    • Restarting router
    • Trying a different profile
    • Used a hotspot connection
    • Host a party
    • Invited to a party
    I'm sure there is more, it's been going on for over a week now and is driving me crazy.

    Any suggestions?

    Keep lagging out with certain players out of Xbox LIVE parties.

    The problem doesn't just stay with parties, I can not even play multiplayer games with them as it disconnects me from them, around the same time as it disconnects me from the party.

    Hey FuZiioN,

    I'm sorry to hear about your Xbox Live Party Issues. The disconnecting might be because of the Party Host having a bad connection. Please try making a party without anyone in there and see if it still disconnects you.

    Opinions on an aggravating connection issue

    I get disconnected while playing games about 75% of the time. I'm constantly getting disconnected and reconnected to Xbox live parties. I usually stay connected to Xbox live just disconnected to the games.

    If I'm at the dashboard I will still be disconnected to my Xbox live party but usually it automatically connects back.
