    so this has been happening for 2 days now. Every time I start a party or join one it says connecting and as soon as navigate into the party (like switching to game chat, muting someone, inviting someone, anything) it won't let me move on the party menu
    or even show anything highlighted. Then it just crashes I've tested my connections constantly. I've done hard and soft system resets. I even cleared my alt MAC address. Nothing works it just crashes for everyone today Unlike yesterday which was just me.
    I dont even see service announcements. It works for about an hour then stops working for over 6. I can't play with my friends since we only use party chat. Please help.

    HUGE Probmlem On The Xbox on Windows 10 Party Chat

    I too am not able to join or start a party on my Windows 10 Xbox App. Every time I click to join or start a party, the Xbox App crashes and goes back to my desktop home screen.

    Completely unable to use party chat....

    Okay so I just discovered as soon as I turn my mix amp for my A40s on is when it crashes party. If my mixamp is off then I can be in a party...

    I too am not able to join or start a party on my Windows 10 Xbox App. Every time I click to join or start a party, the Xbox App crashes and goes back to my desktop home screen.

    Anytime i try to start or join a party on the xbox console companion app it just has a loading symbol next to my mouse for a few seconds and then the app completely crashes and now i just cant join partys anymore without the app crashing.
    The same thing also happens with the xbox game bar

    the party chat is still messed , when you get this error you have to try to exit from the party then join it again if this don't work you can try to start a new party chat , i hope they will fix it soon
