    Party chat xbox one and pc twitch


    Hi guys,

    I tried finding a solution to this on the forums but could not find nothing.

    Anyway I play call of duty warzone on my Xbox one with friends, I also play with my nephew who is on pc. (Crossplay)

    Whenever I twitch, my mates are able to include their chat audio in the stream by ticking a box that includes their party chat voice.

    However this option is not available on the xbox game bar on pc.

    Is there a way to include the party chat of my nephew who's on pc.

    Or maybe the include audio in broadcast is somewhere else.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    Are you streaming to Twitch directly from the Twitch app on the Xbox? Or are you streaming your Xbox One to your PC through the Xbox Console Companion app? Are you using party chat on the Xbox, or a party through the Xbox Companion app?

    What you are describing is by design using the Xbox Live party chats because the servers for the chat are separate from the in-game chat servers. Xbox Live parties effectively mute in-game chat, and mute yourself from in-game chat as well because as I mentioned
    previously, party chats and in-game chats run on different servers. Xbox Live parties are more private channels for chatting with friends, so the muting aspect is by design. I believe this is why many Twitch streamers use Discord since you can hear both the
    Discord chat and in-game chat at the same time.

    Assuming that you are both in an Xbox Party, the Party Leader will need to go to the Party Settings and allow Broadcast Voice Chat throughout the party to be activated. Its either in the Party settings or Broadcasting settings, on Xbox side. If its through
    PC Twitch, then your voice should already be heard ingame.

    Sorry, I'm not streaming from a PC. I am streaming using the Twitch app on an Xbox One which used to have the ability to include party chat in streams. I need to figure a way to reactivate this as the previously posted solutions no longer seem to work.
