Party chat works but game chat doesn't

- Astro A50s Gen 4 base

So, if anyone knows how to fix this I'd really appreciate it.

The current list of attempted solutions is below.

I've tried different controllers

I've updated my controllers

I've tried another head set (same issue)

I've updated my firmware on both headsets

I've checked my privacy settings

I've tried Dolby Atmos and Windoes Sonic

I've hard reset both the console and the headset

I've done a fresh console reset

I've checked my router settings

I've made sure I have an open NAT

I've port forwarded all of the ports for Xbox Live and for party chat both IPV4 and IPV6 pinholes.

I've put the console in a DMZ

I've turned of my firewall

I've spoken with my ISP who has checked my connection and router settings, and run a VoIP test.

I've tried different games (same issue)

I've tried different profiles (same issue)

Short of buying a new Series X, I am at a loss tbh, and as much as I'd love to be rich enough to do that, I also like to be able to eat and pay rent.

Can you listen to game chat but can't talk or can't even talk and listen? I believe you have done everything I could recommend but try the next one.

Disconnect your console from your current connection, clear your console's MAC in advanced network settings, restart the console.

After that share, your phone's connection as a hotspot, connect your console to that network, and test the games again.

Party chat works fine, but i feel like sometimes the adapter doesn't work in game chat.

i have a different problem, when go into a game my chat doesn't work but it will work in party chat

Sometimes mine works and sometimes it doesn't. But today I was in a private party chat and I could hear game chat plain as day in my party chat while I was still hearing my party chat members. They could also hear me talking back to them in game chat somehow.
There are some definite issues with this.
