party chat wont work after ban being lifted

i recently got communication banned and it had been lifted july 26 and the next day (july 27) i log in but was not letting me communicate with friends and saying i should do something else due to my behavior, yes i removed and restarted my xbox and account,
unplugged the xbox, and hard restart it, but nothing seemed to work, and i would really appreciate any other recommendations thank you!

after the 24 hrs, 6 hrs after ban lifted, still cannot communicate via party chat.

Sorry, we can't do anything about enforcement actions here. Only thing to do is to follow the steps on Xbox enforcement page.

Well you can say goodbye to being able to chat again even after ban is lifted, microsoft don't care about a known issue that has been going on for a year now and yet they still ban people knowing that they will not be able to talk even after the ban is lifted,
SORT IT OUT, and the microsoft people replying here are idiots that don't have a clue either, they are puppets.

For a friend of mine, this still hasn't been fixed. His ban was lifted weeks ago and he still cannot party chat.

my ban has already been lifted, it was only 24 hours. i can talk in party chat and message again its just cold war still think im banned
