Party chat will not work - 0x807d0106 - due to network limitations

Every single time, typically within 1 min up to 5min I get kicked from party chat. I have checked with ATT U-verse, my console is in the DMZ so all ports are open. My NAT is always "OPEN" - at a loss at this point.

I'm also hitting this error: 0x807d0106 - "Due to network limitations, you can't join party chat right now."

a few to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Unplug your router/modem/gateway.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console and router/modem/gateway.
• Try to joining a party chat session to see if you experience any disconnected.
