Party chat, talking to friends etc

I agree that Trash talk is fun but alot of people take it to far. Usually When I play games like Cod, BF:BC etc, I'll play with friends in party chat or private chat.

I personally disagree, if people do not feel like talking publicly to other people in the lobby of the game your playing, then they just start a party chat so the person can talk to their friends. If know one is talking in the lobby, then you make a party
chat with one of your friends. But yes there is a down side to this. If you have no friends and your new to xbox live and you need some friends to play with. Most of the people that have a mic are in party chat. But there is a 50/50 chance of that happening.
Thats why you come to the forums. Cant find nobody to talk to on xbox live cause they are all in party chat. Come here and make new friends!

When we say party we mean voice chat party, which is separate to the game party/team that you are playing with. To talk to the whole team you could use game chat, or to talk with just your friend you would use party chat while still being the team with
other players. Does this help?

Being honest mate, if im playing single player then I wont chat with mates on party chat as I like to focus on the storyline etc without being distracted.

Yeah but its not the same theres a lot people out there that have xboxs but havent got a computer?
