Party chat still not working

Coming up to 5 weeks now since party and game chat hasn't worked and i see you have now locked the other thread, SORT IT OUT

Good news, problem solved.

Turns out there were custom privacy settings on my xbox live account that was preventing online chat. I found this by trying to install Skype. It then notified my that parents needed to allow me access to use this social app. Since I am the parent and I
have no kids, I set to "adult defaults more social" and everything starting working.

Currently chat is working with the Meraki MX with port forwarding configured.

*** they have had this issue for a year now they are doing nothing to fix it, you closed the thread as it looks bad getting bigger and bigger every day.

 

@onyx62is i'm having this issue too , it's already 21 days that my suspension has been lifted , the link you provided is useless , no one has fixed this issue doing the controller updates and the hard reboot , i've also deleted and recovered my account several
times with non fix , while in the post that has been locked some user fixed it with the support help , i woudlike to know what i have to do to get in contact with enforcement support or with someone able to contact them

 

I have never had my account suspended and my chat hasn't worked since this new update. Added a thread but no response yet. Getting very frustrating.

 

It is funny how they locked that other thread to stop users from knowing how great the problem is and exposing support and enforcement as fraudulent. Yet, they keep mentioning dumb solutions as verified answers and calling this a problem that only affects
a small portion of users. Clearly its not a small problem as the number of people in that other thread was growing rapidly.

Enforcement seems to be using some type of ineffective program to dole out suspensions and its gotten way out of hand. The responses that enforcement gives you when you submit a case review are hysterical.
