Party chat still not working after over 2 weeks

Ok i am starting this new thread as i want to know who i can contact regarding this issue, it has been over 2 weeks now since my ban was lifted and still can't talk in party and chat in game, i don't want the look at the other thread answer i want to know
who i can contact directly regarding this issue, this is beyond a joke all we get is the same copy and paste answer, i pay for this service and have done since xbox live was launched. Your customer service is pathetic and very frustrating, please give me the
contact of somebody at microsoft that can deal with me.

Suspension over for days but still can't message or party chat

I was recently suspended for about 2 weeks, I come back and I still can't message people or be in party chats, it's been a few days and still not working, this is really ridiculous.

Practically ever week there are issues with party chat and this was supposed to have been addressed in the last big update. What the hell happened to "dedicated chat servers" or whatever was advertised? Ridiculous the console's been out 2+ years and party
chat is still not stable on the xbox one. LIVE in general is garbage on XONE.

I have the same thing. Had a 2 week communication ban, it was lifted 2 days ago, and I still can not create parties/use voice chat etc.

In parties/chats I can hear my friends but my friends can't hear me, this happened after a 2 week ban... And this headset works on my brother's profile on the same console (one). So it's not a headset issue, it's a profile issue. Please help!! Thanks

If most people aren't in Party Chat its still there the first week or so after a new game comes out, before everyone starts taking it way to seriously.
