Party Chat still disabled after suspension

Hi,

My chat functions are still down after my suspension any help fixing this issue would be appreciated, i did read other forums about this issue and still no success.

Also may I add that getting suspended for another person trying to get me banned after I told him he was a bad spark runner in Destiny is a bit over kill in my opinion.

Voice communication

I was previously suspended and had my communcations disabled. Im not suspended anymore but my friends cant hear me in game chat or party chat, But i can hear them perfectly. Just got a brand new mic, and its still not working.. did sumthing go wrong while
my suspension was being removed? Really frustrated at this point

Ok I just found the answer. party chat will be disabled . man this blows. hopefully we can be signed in on another controller with another gold account and still use party chat.

 

Hello have you tried
removing your profile from the console and then redownloading it

 

Suspension status is in Pacific time. Not your local time.

 

tried removing profile from console and redownlouding it but still same problem cant talk in chat game and party cant hear anyone and nobody can see messeges which i sent to them so i cant even explain oters that i have this problem
