Party chat problems

This problem didnt occur when i first purchased my xbox one but now its happening more frequently and to be honest its becoming very annoying. When i join a party i cant hear my friends so i need to turn my xbox off and on until it works. I havent muted anyone,
my settings are fine and my headset is brand new. Can someone please come up with a solution because its driving me insane.

Their are hundreds of problems i can list on here but this is the one that annoys me the most.

Constantly having party chat issues

You too huh? EVERY SINGLE PERSON on my friends list tell me they also have party chat problems. I also have these party chat problems. Most people I talk to in online games tell me they also have these party chat problems.

The console is over a year old now and WE STILL HAVE THESE PARTY CHAT PROBLEMS!

Hey there, Welshy! I'm very sorry to see any issues with the Party Chat app! Hopefully I can provide some troubleshooting steps for you that will help you out. I understand that some of these you may have done previously. I do hope you give them all a try
again for me so that I can ensure everything has been done before we continue.

• Restart your console by going to Settings > Power & Startup > Restart Now
  
• Please use our Troubleshoot parties on Xbox One support page for me, and verify you have done all these steps
  
• Also attempt our NAT troubleshooter to see if that may help you out
  
• Pass the troubleshooter links off to your friends that you've been in parties with, too
  
• Try out a wired connection directly to your modem

All of these are required to be done before I can continue on.

Please post back once you and your friends have attempted all of these, and let us know of your results. If you are still running into issues, we do have more we can look into, but I would like to ensure these ones are done first.
