Party Chat problems.

Hey,

Every so often when I join a friends party I cannot hear them and they cannot hear me as if my headset isn't working. However this cannot be the case as if I go onto the Upload Studio and record my voice with it my voice is picked up through the headset.
Even If I start my own party my voice is not picked up in the party chat.

This seems to happened very frequently and its really a pain when I want to play with friends. I could talk with the Kinect however I don't want to as the sound will come through my monitor and my voice quality will be horrible.

Usually I can fix this by turning my Xbox off for an hour or so but Its really not enjoyable.

Yes I do have my mic unmuted, yes I have enabled party chat, Yes my controller is on, yes the volume on my headset is turned up, and yes I am using the official headset that is packaged with the Xbox. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Constantly having party chat issues

You too huh? EVERY SINGLE PERSON on my friends list tell me they also have party chat problems. I also have these party chat problems. Most people I talk to in online games tell me they also have these party chat problems.

The console is over a year old now and WE STILL HAVE THESE PARTY CHAT PROBLEMS!

anyone else having problems with party chat. "cannot turn on party chat bs...

 

Also yes my NAT type is open and don't have any problems with my connection.

 

Fixed this, this thread can be closed.
