    Party chat problem


    I am having a problem with the party chat. I am able to connect to all my friends except people that live in the same town as me. I have 2 friends who live close by and we can't connect to same chat. They have told me they are having the same problem with
    there friends. I'v reset the Xbox, I've reset setting and set NAT type to open. My internet is working great but I still cant connect. All my setting say open and should work. Please help.

    Party Chat problem....

    I have no objections to other player talking to each other, however I do object to having to listen to them. On my Xbox 360 I was able to block this out using Preferences. Now that I have an Xbox One I cant seem to be able to do this. Does anyone Know
    of a way that it can be done.

    When i play with friends and i go to turn on party chat it says it cant turn on party chat...i dont know if it has to do with my connection or my friends connection or what???

    Hey AlphaFemaleX23! Are the friends in the same town using the same ISP as you? That may be the reason you're having an issue so local to you. Post back and let us know!

    You too huh? EVERY SINGLE PERSON on my friends list tell me they also have party chat problems. I also have these party chat problems. Most people I talk to in online games tell me they also have these party chat problems.

    The console is over a year old now and WE STILL HAVE THESE PARTY CHAT PROBLEMS!

    Party Chat problem

    For some funny reason it sometimes helps if you cannot hear them, to switch to game chat and then switch back to party chat. Have you ever tried that?

    Playing BF4? I've only had issues when hosting chat with other than an open NAT, connecting to someone else who has other than an open NAT (this includes randomly having chat turn off), or trying to join/start voice chat after launching BF4 (or after the
    party I'm joining has launched this game).
