Discus and support party chat & private chat in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; party chatting and private chats are still having issues can someone explain to me why this havent been fixed its been like this for 4 days now...     Does private chat work in snd?. Ffa doesnt allow party chat but allows private chat.

    What is the difference between party chat and private chat? Why isn't private chat on Xbox one? (I have xb1 but not 360 yet)

    Party chat and private chat

    Hey there,

    Party chat is where you can have multiple people in a chat, talking, at the same time. Private chat is where it is only you and one other person. This makes it more private for you and the other person as you can not have more then two people in the chat.
    This will be between you and a friend only.

    As for why this feature is not supported on the Xbox One. In short, I don't know. This could be because of how many people used the feature or how the feature worked. If you would like this feature on Xbox One, then you can make a suggestion on the Xbox

    On the Xbox One, there's only party chat, but you can invite your friend and then lock it, so it effectively becomes a private chat. ;)
