Party Chat Only Works After Hard Reset

I have an issue that I wonder if anyone can help with . My xbox live chat will not work until I hard reset my system by unplugging the power brick and restarting. Once restarted it works fine. If I do not restart it will bring someone into the chat and show
as if they do not have a microphone until I do the hard reset. This has been happening for about a year.

Anyone else have this issue?

Any fix suggestions? Just don't want to be without it right now, Destiny and all.

Please fix party chat on the Xbox One!

After the update I get that error all the time. Due to network limitations. Wtf? Hard reset my xbox and it works. Please fix this it's 6 months now and party chat is still a joke.

 

Party chat disconnects when unsnapped.

About two to three hours after my xbox has been on the party chat will disconnect if not permanently snapped. This has happened in the last few updates, but now is happening far more often. A hard reset is the only workaround. Please fix this.

happens to me too. this is an issue many people I play with have experienced and it is completely ignored, I also cant watch netflix because my xbox just turns off everytime i try to watch it.
