    Party chat not working.


    I have been using regular earbuds plugged into the bottom of my controller for the past couple of weeks. Its been working fine. I could hear both the game and the party chat. Then yesterday everything changed. I can hear the game i am playing, but no one
    can hear me in the party, and i cant hear them. But the thing is, its not showing that i am talking at all. But i can see other player icon bubbles move when they talk. Side note, if i get really close to the mic, i can hear myself talk, but that was always
    there even when the earbuds were working. I even tried to connect an xbox headset to my controller and that also didn’t work.

    Recap, my earbuds work for everything but the party.

    edit, i connected the same headphones to my phones xbox party chat, and it works perfectly fine. But i cant hear my game audio at the same time so i still would like it to work through my xbox.

    It is disappointing that party chat didn't work for you. =/ Hopefully the party chat works better on the PS4 for ya.

    Xbox One Mic or Controller Issue

    By any chance are you trying to use it in party chat? With party chat, you need to go into it and physically turn on party chat for it to work. Hope this helps!

    Have you double checked enforcement.xbox.com to make sure you do not have a communications ban? Also be sure to try a hard reset of the console.

    Apparently there is still an issue because I'm having the problem right now. Tells me I cant get a Teredo IP address. I've tried several times. Followed all instructions for resolving NAT issues, hard restarts of gateway and Xbox, numerous connections
    tests.
