Party chat not working?

I was just in a party with my Girlfriend and apparently she got disconnected so she tried inv me and I see the inv but when I accept it doesn’t join no error message nothing. Then I try inviting her and it doesn’t go through I reset my internet and the Xbox
already and Xbox says it’s running with no problems so idk what’s wrong.

Not party chat

I recently completed a 7 day communications ban. I can now host games, as I couldn't before but I still can't hear anyone in a party nor can they hear me. The circles around others names don't light up but mine does.

Apparently there is still an issue because I'm having the problem right now. Tells me I cant get a Teredo IP address. I've tried several times. Followed all instructions for resolving NAT issues, hard restarts of gateway and Xbox, numerous connections
tests.
