Party chat not working error 0x8923103d

i have been having this same problem since the last update...

its definitely a Microsoft issue that they messed up the codec or something of the sort in the most recent update

because this issued literally started over night after the update was complete and have never had this issue in all the years on xbox.

the only thing i could think of was that my xbox was a first generation xbox one and they really want me to upgrade but hopefully they fix this issue with the next update and not broom it under the rug

I have also tried all your solutions and none of them worked and my issue is word for word exactly like yours, thanks for your post, it makes me feel better that this isnt a me problem and actually wrong doing on xbox update department

Had that same problem. It was working before, but not after a fresh windows install. After trying numerous things,
my personal solution was updating my official lan drivers from the motherboard's website(not the lan driver windows auto installs/ even tho I was connected via wifi, lan drivers mattered for me). Performed a restart and to my relief, working
parties. Hope that helps for anyone coming back to this!

Why is this app being renamed AGAIN? Can you guys at Microsoft not just decide on a name and just leave it at that? Seriously you guys keep fixing things that aren't broken! I wonder if you are actually messing with the app in the background and that is
the reason why there is an outage with this app. JUST LEAVE IT ALONE!

are they updating it to change it? is that the issue?
