party chat not working after the preview program update!

After i updated to the new ui in the preview program and i join party chats and i cant hear anyone talk. hard resetting the xbox one didnt fix the issue, any fixes out there for it?

It says "group not found." So if I am not in the preview program as the chat representative said, what is the issue for my party chat not working after the most recent Xbox update?

 

cant use my party chat

Also my party chat is also not working after a suspension and downloading the preview update.

 

Hey there! To minimize confusion because troubleshooting may be different for preview updates than regular versions, you'll want to post this, and everything else preview related in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx).
This will also ensure that the proper team sees your post and can help you out. Also, make sure you look at the list of known issues to see if there is a workaround.

If you haven't already, be sure to report any issues via the preview app on your console, so that all relevant data gets reported to Microsoft.

 

its says the group not found when i use your link to the preview forums.

 

One of the official support members will have to get you access. I'll see what I can find for you. Make sure you still report it via the console in the meantime.

 

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there's a workaround. There are other users reporting this issue, but no troubleshooting that I found. I'd imagine it'll be fixed in an upcoming update.

 

It's sad. I have to restart over and over and over again before it comes back.
