Party chat not working after communications suspension

My suspension was lifted Oct. 7, 2015. I can now send messages and hear others which I could not before, however now when I am in a party with friends they cannot hear me when I speak. Every time I speak the "dot" lights up to indicate the microphone
is picking up sound. It's like I'm permanently muted from the world. I spoke with Xbox support on the phone for three hours, doing all these different things and nothing, and they can't seem to help, They told me only the enforcement team could help with
this issue, and when I asked how to could contact them, they told me I cant, only with a case review, but my case is already over and cant do that because it is lifted. I been an Xbox gold member for 10 years, never had any issues, this is my first offense,
my suspension was lifted Oct 7, and now my account seems messed up, its been 5 days already and still nothing. I know its my account because when I go on my girl friends account on the same Xbox, with same controller and headset everything works fine. Its
something on the Xbox end, and this needs to be fixed, not fair to the paying customers because I know I'm not the only one with this issue. Please help. Thank you.

hola, a mi me ha pasado lo mismo, además con las mismas fechas. el 7 de Octubre se me quitó el baneo desde el día 1 y sigo sin poder hablar.... puedo hacer todo lo demás pero no puedo hablar.... se enciende circulito pero no me oye nadie
