I have posted on this forum many many times and still have not gotten a reply. What are you guys at Microsoft doing? I am so tired of this issue I am experiencing. My account was suspended on October 20, 2015 for no reason and "lifted" on October 27, 2015.
Yet I still cannot be heard by anyone when I talk. I can hear everyone else, but they cannot hear me. This issue has been around since 2014. I mean what have you guys been doing for a year? This is completely unacceptable. I have been a huge Xbox fan for many
many years, but dealing with this makes me so angry with Xbox. I have talked with Xbox Support for days, but they are completely useless. Someone I was talking to in Xbox Support actually asked me if I had a wireless Xbox One headset? I mean are you serious?
Are you serious!?!! What kind of people do you have working there? All their suggestions do not help at all, I have tried everything I can, but nothing works. It is November 19, 2015 and I am still experiencing this issue. I have had it with this. It is completely
disrespectful to ignore all these people here in this forum who are having the same problem. I spend a lot of money on my Xbox. And to be treated like this after being a loyal customer is totally unfair. I demand to be reimbursed for all this time that I haven't
been able to enjoy my Xbox experience. I pay money to have a great Xbox experience, not deal with issues like this. The new Xbox One update didn't fix anything and updating my controller didn't fix anything! It has been 23 days without being able to chat.
More than 3 weeks experiencing this issue. I expect to be reimbursed for all this time. I'm paying for full services not some services. I will be pursuing legal action. FIX THIS NOW!!!!!!!!!

IronxCloak, the issue didn't come with the last update. So it won't be addressed in the next one if not directly mentioned.

If you check the Enforcement forums, they still have not reached a resolution for what is causing people to still have the Enforcement effects after the enforcement was lifted. I would keep an eye out there instead of making multiple posts or calling/chatting
in continuously.

There is nothing that any support agent can do, either forum or phone/chat support, until the issue has been resolved by the Enforcement team.
