I mean I'm a fan of Microsoft and all, but they really need to pull it together, I'm *** because Microsoft support couldn't help me with the party chat not working after my ban, and it still didn't work after they answer one forum about the same problem.
Honestly if they want to ban me fine that's fine , but after the ban and it still doesn't work I mean it's ***, I'm sorry for my language but Microsoft really you need to figure out how to make your customers happy because right now it's garage, and if you
could be so helpful, to help me with a problem you started! It's the least you could do Sincerely, Bryan

Sorry to hear you're having this problem. Can you please try the following steps.

1. Delete your profile from the console

2. Power cycle by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds

3. Unplug the console and wait 5 minutes

4. Power back on and redownload your profile

Hopefully that will work for you.

IronxCloak, the issue didn't come with the last update. So it won't be addressed in the next one if not directly mentioned.

If you check the Enforcement forums, they still have not reached a resolution for what is causing people to still have the Enforcement effects after the enforcement was lifted. I would keep an eye out there instead of making multiple posts or calling/chatting
in continuously.

There is nothing that any support agent can do, either forum or phone/chat support, until the issue has been resolved by the Enforcement team.
