Going on a month with no communications after my 1 week ban was "lifted"

 

Its been three weeks since my two week communications suspension was lifted, I'm getting really tired of waiting

 

3 weeks for me nothing yet.

 

is this issue ever going to be fixed?

 

I am starting to doubt if they will ever sort this out, how many of us is there with this problem we need to start doing something about it and get our voices heard.

 

Losing the trust of loyal customers at this point. You think people were mad when they first got banned? There's a festering anger now.

I'm nervous already makes 30 days that my suspension is over and I'm still locked in groups! My friends do not listen to me! I listen to them but not my friends! I'm nervous about this situation! nobody solves it! every day I enter the chat from microsoft
and nobody solves it! if I have this suspension d voice when it ends! my experience this bad because I can not talk to my friends xbox one!

 

I was told an update on the 24th (next Tuesday) will resolve the issue.

If you check the Enforcement forums, they still have not reached a resolution for what is causing people to still have the Enforcement effects after the enforcement was lifted. I would keep an eye out there instead of making multiple posts or calling/chatting
in continuously.

There is nothing that any support agent can do, either forum or phone/chat support, until the issue has been resolved by the Enforcement team.

 

I was on a support chat with Alvin J, here is what he said about the November 24th update - "Here's what we have right now: actually, there's an update on the 24th that is supposed to address the issues related with the last update." "according to our information,
all we would have to do is update our consoles."

Guess we will see next Tuesday.
