You killed it Active PekPek. You're really *** off just like everyone else. You took the words out of mine and everyone else's mouth. I don't think MS cares about this, and as the day's go on I'm starting to care less and less about their them.

On a side note: I found that I could get $420 for my Xbox One with kinect, all my games, and an extra controller I bought but never use through Amazon trade-in, which, for anyone that cares to read this is a much better deal than going through Gamestop.
You'll just have to wait until Amazon approves the condition of the products and then you'll receive Amazon credit which can be used on a sleek new PS4!

I have waited two three weeks after my suspension and nothing is working for me at all getting annoyed with this

 

I am able to talk but no one can hear me but on another account on my xbox I can talk in parties without a problem. Microsoft need to fix this now

Im having the same problem I have tried every thing it was a 14 day suspension but im sad I spend so much time on xbl but in return im forced to wait going on a month when will this be fixed please fix these problems send out a update to all consoles for
later bans so when someone is unbanned they can start to talk to their friends.

 

Update:

Just got off the phone with an Xbox Live agent from Iowa and was given a full one month gold membership for the time I have not been able to communicate (today is day 24 for me). I had previously contacted support and was told no compensation was to be given
to me at that time. However, for some reason this time was different. I was very polite and made sure to explain exactly what was going on as the issue has continued. I was told that I had no prior open cases about this issue and explained to them that that
couldn't be the case as I had spoke with 3 other agents over the time of my ban being lifted. They assured me that it was if this was the first time I had contacted them about this issue. That being the case they did tell me that they were aware of this issue
as upset customers had been calling quite a bit recently about this exact issue. I was put on hold many times during the 40 min conversation I had with this agent as they spoke to another representative in that office. The agent was talking to the person who
contacts the head of the Enforcement Team directly about this known issue. I gave them my gamertag and I was given an ETA of 7 business days (which would put it at Monday, November 30th) in which time if my mic was not returned to full functionality that I
should call back with my reference number and proceed from there. They assured me that the Enforcement Team is fully aware of this issue and what they are doing is putting gamertags into their system one by one which is then fixing the glitch and returning
the mic to proper use.

My advice for everyone that is having this issue is,

1. Call Xbox Live support, don't deal with a chat rep. I was told from the chat rep that my case was being documented and come to find out it wasn't. Talking to a live person is always better I've found when needing to get something fixed whether it be this
or issues with internet/tv services, etc.

2. Be polite. I know how frustrating it is to not have our mics working the way they're suppose to but raising your voice will get you nowhere. I was hung up on twice, the first time I think the supervisor was just stumped and embarrassed with the evidence
I was providing, but the second time was because I raised my voice.

3. Get your compensation for your time loss. If they tell you they can't give you compensation they're lying. I saw that first hand being denied earlier this month, and now have been given compensation this time. If they tell you that no compensation can
be given then hang up and call the next agent. Chances of you getting the same agent are slim to none and most likely you'll be transferred to a different state, anyways.

4. Make sure they have an open case and a reference number for your gamertag, this is the most important step. Double and triple check that they are passing your gamertag off to the right person in their office who will then pass it along to the Enforcement
Team. I had previously thought that was the case for me and it wasn't. I honestly feel like I could've had this resolved weeks ago.

I will hopefully be posting back with good news within the next week!

Let us know how the call goes, DaCannonnn. Here's my Microsoft Support Code: 63150523. Use it if you need to it will show that I was given a free month of live and that my gamertag is being reported to the Enforcement Team.

 

I also suggest asking for their names and employee numbers. This is so you can report them to upper management if all else fails and you're left with nothing.

 

His last name is [Mod Removed], but if you spell it correctly the forum blocks it... mhmm weird... seems like someone who wants to remain hidden.

 

Or it's a racial slur, but I don't know... XD
