Party chat not working after 24 hr ban.

Recently had ban lifted and was not so surprised that my party chat won't work. Mic lights up. Can't hear or be heard. It's not a console/internet problem as my wife's account works fine. So I googled. I find out that this is a known issue. Ive tried power
cycling to changing settings. Nothing. The only thing I can find is to "wait it out". Really now. I'm beyond frustrated that this is what I pay for. Anyone have any insight to this?

after the 24 hrs, 6 hrs after ban lifted, still cannot communicate via party chat.

I know that after a "ban" is lifted, it can take a little bit of time for services to actually reinstated.

Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat.

There is no way you file a case review for a 24 hrs ban so all you can do is to read the Code of Conduct to avoid future bans.
